Terms and conditions
- An upfront strictly non refundable deposit of 50% of the total appointment is required to secure your booking date
- Please book for the minimum amount of people you are sure will need makeup/hair. You can add numbers later subject to time/availability but once you have booked for selected amount of people, full payment will still be required if numbers change/reduce within 30 days of event. This is to avoid last minute cancellations that could have been filled with other business
- Deposits payments are non refundable after 7 days
- No shows are required to make full payment of their services booked
- For bookings of more than 2 people who would like both hair and makeup, or requires you to be ready early, I recommend booking a separate stylist to do hair. You can click here to see a list of the stylists that I love to work with.

- Trials can be booked any day of the week except Sundays. Dependent on availability
- Trials done at my home studio in Narre Warren South would be $120 for hair or $120 for makeup
- Trials are a great way to help you make the right decision on your makeup and hair style

- I will keep your event date secure for you until after you have done your trial if your trial date is within 3 weeks from your enquiry.
- Deposits can be made on your trial date or within 7 days after your trial.
- If you haven’t contacted me after 7 days after the trial I will need to re open up that booking date to other parties.
- If you don’t want to book your trial for several months to coordinate with another event but want to secure your event date a 50% deposit is required upfront. Then you can take your time to book your trial for a date that suits you.
- Please note that all deposits/retainers are non refundable and if you decide to cancel your booking the deposit then compensates for loss of bookings in that time.
TRAVEL CHARGES AND PARKING (Per Artist)
- Travel charges are calculated round trip from Narre Warren South 3805 at $0.80c per km
- Client is responsible for payment of parking if location requires paid parking
